Got in-house IT or maybe no IT? Not sure if you want to hire internally or outsource your help? An MSP is more than just outsourced IT help – Intelligent CloudCare provides a full suite of support and services that go above and beyond.

Still not sure if you need an MSP? Let’s take a look at 5major things you may be overlooking in your current environment:

If you haven’t done the following:

1.       Security awareness training – now required to obtain cybersecurity insurance, we’ll provide twice yearly or quarterlyawareness training bringing everyone up to speed on the latest threats and more.

2.       Deployed MFA across all accounts –if you haven’t rolled out Microsoft Authenticator or similar protection, we caneducate staff and help bring everyone onboard with a multi-factor security application.

3.       Regular server maintenance and security patches  – A monthly cadence is best to keep up withthe latest server updates from Microsoft.

4.       Audit access controls on your file sever– Not sure if your HR and Finance folders are actually private? We can fix that.

5.       Spam and phishing hardening with DKIM and DMARC – Getting a lot of spoof e-mails looking to be like folks coming internally? We can take care of that and setup quarantine e-mail reports.

If anyone of these checklist items are unchecked – or you don’t know the answer to them – please don’t hesitate to bring Intelligent CloudCare into your IT environment.

Intelligent CloudCare can address your concerns, map a path to compliance, provide customized awareness training – plus, we can even coordinate a simulated phishing attack to make sure your staff understands and can spot the signs of spam.
